My name is Coach Craig Smith. I am the C.E.O. of Lifesource
International and its sports nutrition affiliate Iron Curtain Labs.
Over the past twenty five years, I have had both the pleasure and
opportunity to work with people of all different fitness levels on a
worldwide scale. I helped people who needed to lose hundreds of

ALL ABOUT ME!” Unfortunately, there is much truth in what we may say
in jest. And the truth is, today our society has largely become
“IT’S ALL ABOUT ME!” Therefore, is it any wonder why the GIFT of
happiness is so elusive, when nobody is willing to GIVE?
